Appointments

Treatment is performed by appointment only. Emergencies will be seen as needed. We respect the value of your time, and we will try to be punctual.

Insurance

Your insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Payment for services rendered and reimbursement from the insurer are the responsibility of the patient. We work with most major insurance companies and will assist with the filing of insurance claims.

Payment due when service is rendered.

Facilities and Equipment

• The office is equipped with Panorex and periapical x-rays.
• The office undergoes the State of Florida anesthesia inspections and the Doctors and RN's are ACLS trained.
• The office is also regularly inspected for bio-hazardous waste handling.
